AGNES HARRIGAN
Private graveside services and interment for Agnes M. Harrigan were conducted Friday, Jan. 2, at the Paul J. Wataha Memorial Park. The Rev. Ben Smith of the Union Congregational Church officiated.
Mrs. Harrigan, 78, of 320 Mansface Street, Green River, died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County where she has been a patient since Dec. 28.
A resident of Green River since 1934, Mrs. Harrigan died following a brief illness. She was born on Aug. 4, 1908, the daughter of the late Dan and Eva Black. She attended schools in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and was a graduate of high school there.
Mrs. Harrigan married Luke S. Harrigan in Wahoo, Neb. on June 30, 1933 and he preceded her in death in 1971. Mrs. Harrigan was a member of the Union Congregational Church.
Survivors include one son, James Harrigan of San Diego, Calif., and one daughter, Helen Cogburn of Cody, and four grandchildren.
