Miss Carol Ruth Borgman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Borgman of Denton, and Kenneth A. Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orill Allen, will be married at 7:30 o'clock Friday evening in the Emerald Methodist church (sic) in the presence of the immediate families and a few friends, with Rev. Mr. Goddekin officiating. The bride will wear chiffon over white satin. The attendants are Misses La Verne Allen, who is the maid of honor, and Adeline Pennington, Lois Borgman, Virginia Rapp and Gladys Skala. All will wear gowns of pastel shades. Kenneth Borgman is best man; ushers are John Borgman, Lawrence Lee, Robert Pickel and Russell Pickel. A reception for about 50 guests at the home of the bride's parents will follow. Assisting with the serving are Mmes. Earl Borgman, Mary Thomas, Ruth Jones, Robert Pickel, L. M. Lee, Louis Borgman and Miss Celia Jones. The couple will live on a farm near Lincoln.

Survivors include her daughters Joan Allen, Sue Siekman and husband Darrel, 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, brother Ralph Borgman and wife Barbara, sister Judy Eppler.
Burial was in the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Lincoln, NE.
