Henry Webbe Jr. was the oldest son born to Henry (Sr) and Lena (Werther) Webbe. He was born shortly after the return of the Webbe family to Circleville, Ohio after several years living in Kansas.
Henry Jr. worked at various times as a carpenter and rental property and farm owner along with his two younger brothers William and Frank, managing properties accumulated by his parents and Grandfather Werther. In 1905 he married Florence Imler and adopted her son Lawrence.
