Wes was born in Killaloe, Ontario February 15, 1916, son of the late Matthew and Annie Noack.
Wes was a farmer all his life, first in Tavistock and then in Sebringville. It was in Tavistock where he met and married his wife, the former Pearl McGregor who predeceased him on March 12, 1985.
A lifelong church attendee, Wes was an active member for over 50 years of Emmanuel United Church in Sebringville, Centennial United and Central United Church, Stratford. He was most proud of his 30 years as Sunday School Superintendent and his time serving as the Representative to Huron-Perth Presbytery.
Besides his wife and son in infancy, Wes was predeceased by a brother Matthew Noack (Emma), sisters Wilehmine Macy (Charles) and Lena Tennant (Alfred). Wes is survived by many nieces and nephews and by his good friend Alice Coles (Michael) and family.
Interment has taken place in Grace United Church Cemetery, Tavistock. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Wesley August Noack will be held at Central United Church, 194 Avondale Avenue, Stratford on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. with reception to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Central United Church or to Cedarcroft Place.
