Bradley J. "Brad" Berry, 47, 502 Fieldcrest Ave., Park Ridge, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 23, 2004, at his home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, with Deacon Donald Borski officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 8:30 a.m. Monday until the services. There will be a Bible vigil at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
A memorial in his name will be established at a later date in lieu of flowers.
Mr. Berry was born Feb. 6, 1957, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Leonard and Ramona (Kryshak) Berry. He attended local grade schools and graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High (SPASH) in 1975. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
He was employed at Land's End Distribution Center in the Portage County Business Park since it opened.
He was a member of the Black Hawk Archers Club.
Survivors include one brother, Darrell (Bonnie) Berry, New Berlin; and three nephews.
