Herbert Was The Grandson of Anthony Culp and Lucrettia ( Bellamy ) Culp His Grand Parents took care of him. Herbert had seizures ( epilepsy) The court ordered Herbert to be taken to Gallipolis, the Sheriff was ordered to take the young boy from his home, He was 8 yrs old. He was taken to Gallipolis where he died on November 17, 1913 at the age of 9 years and 12 days old. His Death Certificate list Parents unknown . A letter was sent telling the family of the young mans fate .
