Sheryl E. Laughman, age 58, of Covington, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2011, after losing her battle with cancer. Sheryl was born in Piqua on November 30, 1952, to the (late) Junior Shoffner ande Leona (Rank) Kolman.

She worked for Quality Forms, where she had 28 years of service, and attended the Bradford Church of the Brethren.

Sheryl is survived by her husband of 40 years, James Laughman; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Kelli Laughman; daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Rick Arnold; three grandchildren, Sadie Arnold, Trenton Laughman and Andon Laughman; great-grandson, Carter Shannon; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Michele Shoffner; sister and brother-in-law, Dee and Dave Wimmer; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington, with Pastor Dan Scalf officiating. Interment Highland Cemetery, Covington.

The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
