Ed Maxwell Dead.

Last Friday at his home some three miles east of Lometa, Ed Maxwell was kicked in the stomach by a horse. He was suffering intensely from the accident and was taken to Temple for treatment. Word came here today that he died in the hospital at that place Sunday night. Deceased was a son of the late Harvey Maxwell who lived near this place for many years and died some time this year.
Mr. Maxwell was past forty year of age and leaves a wife and several children. He was a son-in-law of Uncle Andy Ivy of Lometa. The Leader extends sincere sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
