CITY MARSHAL AT DUKE DIES
FUNERAL SERVICE IS HELD IN CHURCH
Burial service were held in the city cemetery Wednesday, for CHARLES HATHAWAY of Duke, who died at his home in Duke Tuesday, funeral services were held at the First Methodist Church at Duke Wednesday morning.
HATHAWAY died Tuesday morning after a long illness which has extended over a period of two years.
He is will known in Jackson County having lived at Blair, Altus and Duke.
At one time HATHAWAY was City Marshal at Blair and moved to Duke, to assume much duties there. He lived in Altus for several years some nine years ago.
Paper in Duke, Ok. Burned and they don't have 1929 paper.
