HATHAWAY RITES WILL BE TUESDAY
Funeral Services will be conduced at 2 PM. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church by Rev. J. W. READ, Pastor, for J. C. Hathaway, county resident for 50 years who died at 1:30 PM. Sat. at his residence, 208 Everett.
He was born April 6, 1895, at Mc Kinney, Texas. He is survived by his wife of Altus: four daughters, MRS. BUD STONE, and MRS. GORDON BENGE, both of Los Angeles, MRS. WALLACE DAY of Spur, Texas, and MISS HELEN HATHAWAY of Altus: one son, ALVIN HATHAWAY and one stepson, CLARANCE PARKER, both of Altus. His mother, MRS. CHARLES HATHAWAY, of Altus, and six grandchildren; three sisters, MISS. NOVA HATHAWAY and MRS. THELMA STOVALL both of Altus, and MRS. MAE ALLEN of Idabel.
Burial will be at the Altus Cemetery with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
