Josephine Hopkins McCormick
Mrs. Josephine Hopkins McCormick, 68, last of the
immediate family of former Mayor
John P. Hopkins, died Aug. 10 at her home,
4940 (Greenwood, of heart complications following
a brief illness. She was one of five sisters
of the former mayor. Mrs. McCormick leaves
only her husband, John A. McCormick. They
had one daughter, Mrs. Walter G. McGuire,
who died last May. Services for Mrs. Mc-
Cormick were held at St. Ambrose church
Aug. 12, with burial in Mount Olivet.
