R. L. Frank passed away Sunday afternoon at his home in Bozeman. His death came as a shock to relatives and friends, since he was in apparent good health at the time.
Mr. Frank was born March 16, 1873 in Leavenworth, Kansas, to Maurice and Eleanore Frank. He came to the Gallatin valley in 1896 and was married to Miss Mollie Morgan March 14, 1906. He served on the Gallatin County agricultural conservation committee; the board of county commissioners, and also was a member of the Bozeman school board for 20 years. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 68 of Belgrade.
He is survived by his wife, two children, Maurice J. Frank of Manhattan, and Mrs. Alberta Henenger of Lewiston, Idaho; three sisters, Misses Etta Frank, Mrs. Charles Fish, Mrs. John Aaron, all of Leavenworth, Kansas, and five grandchildren, Barbara, Patricia, and Kay Frank, and Rex and Richard Henenger.
