Josiah H. Luke, administrator of the estate of Isaac D. Christie, who died May 31, has filed in district court a petition to be allowed to sell enough of the real estate belonging to the estate to pay off the debts. He says the obligations outstanding which can be proved amount to about $1,000, and the only personal property left is less than $50 in value. When Mr. Christie died, says Mr. Luke, he owned the homestead in this city and a farm in Thayer county (sic). It is a part of this farm land which he wants to sell.
