THELMA ANNETTE SLAVEN, age 61, of Indiana passed away Saturday, May 2, 1998 at Windsor. She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on December 7, 1937, the daughter of Ode Wilbrun Slaven and Opal Slaven Selovson. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives.
She is also survived by 3 sisters Euna Mae Stringer of Pendleton, Indiana, Naomi Hall of Franklin, Indiana, and Barbara Vaughn of Monticello, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 5, 1998 at 1 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Larry Dishman officiating. Burial was in the Spann Hill Cemetery.
