MANCIL R. DUNCAN SERVICES SATURDAY----Services for Mancil R. Duncan,73, Tyler, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Lloyd James Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dr.Jim Hooper and Lynne White officiating. Buiral will be in Cathedral in the Pines. Mr. Duncan father of actress/singer Sandy Duncan, died Thrusday in a Tyler Hospital. He was born August 21, 1921 in Okemah,Okla. He was a retired self-employed service station operator.He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. and moved to Tyler in 1953 from Overton.He operated the Exxon station on East Fifth Street in Tyler from 1957-1984, and formerly ran Exxon stations in Overton and New London. He was a Mason and a member of Sharon Shrine Temple.Surviours inculde his wife ,Sylvia Duncan, two daughters Sandy Duncan Correia, and Robyn Duncan. two sisters Mrs.Geneva Eubanks,and Mrs. Helen Irish. and three grandchildren Angela Hudson Gieber,Jeffery Duncan Correia, and Michael Scott Correia. Pallbears include Bill Davis,Tommy Mcmichael, Mark Rowden, Gary Lee Clark,David Mcmichael, and Garland Allen.
