Deborah Helen "Brink" Westbrook, age 58, of Sun City, California was called home to serve her Heavenly Father on Monday, July 25, 2011 in her home surrounded by family after her courageous battle against Lupus. Born June 18, 1953, to Joy and the late Russell Dean Eckenboy in Lynwood, California, she received her degree from the University of Nebraska and was a dedicated nurse for over 20 years. She served as a Registered Nurse at various locations including Palomar Hospital and Option Care. She had many hobbies which included stain glass, gardening, and her many animals. She was a nurturing and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is married to her loving husband, Steven Westbrook for "Time and all Eternity", she is survived by loving sons, Aaron, Ryan and Gregory Brink, Samuel Hindman, Jeremy, Justin and Joshua Westbrook; six grandchildren; brother Russell Eckenboy and sister Pamela Roth. The service will take place at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located on 29725 Bradley Road, Sun City. Interment will be in Menifee Valley Memorial Park, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City.
