She was born May 5, 1913 in Ogden to Lewis B. and Maggie Poulsen West.

Surviving are her children, Larry L. Anderson and Leslie (Gary) Rogers; two brothers, Lewis P. West and Grant B. West.

Cremation services were held under the direction of Myers Mortuary of Ogden.
