Donald Weston Dugan 57, of Danville, IN, passed away in his home on Wednesday, April 26, 2006. He was the founder of Dugan Lock and Key which he owned and operated for several years.

Don is survived by his wife of 25 years, Cindy Lu Crosby Dugan; his daughter and her husband, Nicole Dugan-Fultz and Brian Fultz and their children, Tate Crosby Dugan and Layla Lu Dugan-Fultz; his son and his wife, Matthew Warren Dugan and Natalie Dugan; his sister and her husband, Susan Dugan Welsh and Joe Welsh and their children; his brother, Rex Dugan and his wife Sharon Dugan and their children; and Bruce Dugan; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Warren Earl Dugan and Berniece Wagoner Dugan.

A Memorial Service and Celebration in Remembrance of Don's life will be held for friends and family at his home by the pond (3764 W Co. Rd. 100 S, Danville) Sunday, April 30, 2006 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Please make contributions to: HRH Cancer Center at 8244 E. US 36, Suite A, Avon, IN 46123 or Ruth Lilly Hospice, P.O.
