He came to Oklahoma in 1898 with his parents. He married Julia Brumley 3/30/1923 and they had 3 children, T.J.-10, Beulah May-6, Thomas Wayne-2. Survivors include his wife, 3 children, his father & mother, Mr & Mrs F.E. Burba, 3 brothers; J.E., Earl, Sam, and 2 sisters; Mrs Clay Gamble, & Mrs Bulah Ross of Oklahoma City.
