On Oct. 29, 1867, in Providence, Dr. Peckham married Mary H. Olney, daughter of Elam and Helen (Fuller) Olney, and they have three children. Charles Fenner, the eldest, graduated from Columbia College, N.Y., in 1890, with the degree of M.D., and is now a popular young physician of Providence, R.I., having succeeded to his fathers practice; he was a surgeon of the Rhode Island Naval Reserves, in the Spanish-American war, with the rank of lieutenant. Alice, the second, is at home. William Torrey graduated from Brown University in 1897; he married Alice Hetherington Dike , Oct. 22 , 1901.
