MARTHA VELMA FADDIES
Services for Martha Velma Faddies, 82, of Ogden, Utah were conducted Tuesday, July 26, at the Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel in Ogden.
Burial was in the Coalville Cemetery.
She died Thursday, July 21, in an Ogden hospital.
Born March 11, 1901 in Coalville, Utah, she was the daughter of John McAllister and Isabella Sims Faddies.
A graduate of the University of Utah, she was a school teacher and retired in 1964. Miss Faddies had lived in Kemmerer prior to moving to Ogden in 1965.
She was a member of the Washington Terrace LDS 10th Ward, active in the relief society and had been a temple worker. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
Survivors are Mrs. Arnold (Joyce) Jenkins, Riverdale, Utah, and adopted daughter; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
