Frank Joseph Stepan, 78, of Pueblo passed away on May 27, 1998. Born on Jan. 21, 1920. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Rose Stepan, and a sister, Rose Radigan. Survived by his wife, Ida Mae Stepan; children, Frank J. II (Linda), Mike (Marti), Tony (Donna), Sally Ann and Barbara Stepan; and five grandsons. He retired from the CF&I Blacksmith Shop with 48 years of service and was devoted to Meals on Wheels delivery for 10 years. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 1998, at St. Joseph Church, Rev. Bob Carden, celebrant. Private interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
