She was born January 11, 1895 in Bell County, Texas to Jessie and Roxanna Bailey.
Bell married John Luther Spence. He preceded her in death in 1956.
She was also preceded in death by brothers and sisters...Anonymous Kirby, Nora, John Felix, solomon Roe, Joseph Patrick, Mary Malinda, Gail, James Allison, and Thomas.
At the time of her death she was survived by two sisters...Louella and Victoria. Also survived by granddaughters Elizabeth Ann (Becky) Jones and Gail Dean (Susie) Davis, and three great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her six children...John Donald, James Russell, Roxie Doris, Chester, Ansel Roe, and Kenneth Ross.
