Fourth child of Hezekiah & Jane (Glover) Allen. She had a twin brother named Jefferson Allen. Married A.J. Turner on May 22, 1895 at Viola, Mo. It is unknown how Rachel was given the nickname Cricket. People, yet today, young and old, refer to her as Cricket Allen instead of Rachel Allen Turner.
