Mrs. Miller
Mrs. Beadie Texana Miller, 85, of 210 Cherry St. died Friday morning at a Rome hospital.
A native of Blue Ridge, Mrs. Miller was born July 3, 1905, daughter of the late William Emory Wright and Amanda Emaline Hayes Wright. She was a member of New Caanan Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Erwin Miller, Nov. 6, 1984.
Survivors include: two sons, Charles Miller, Pryor, Okla., and Lee Miller, Rome; two daughters, Mrs Lola Conley, Logan, W. Va., and Mrs Edna Porkorney, Chicago, Ill.; a sister Mrs. Bessie Carter, Rome; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Daniel's Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Studdard officiating. Interment will be at Pisgah Cemetery.
