Final rites will be held at 3 p.m. at graveside at Glendale Cemetery in Lufkin. Rev. Royce Robb will officiate.
Mrs. Cochran, wife of a Lufkin native who was a member of a pioneer family here, was born in Mansfield, Kentucky, March 8, 1914, and died early Thursday at the family residence after a brief illness. She had resided in Pasadena for 20 years.
Mrs. Cochran was a member of the Boulevard Methodist Church in Pasadena.
Survivors include her husband, Woodrow Cochran; 2 daughters, Carolyn Cochran and Candace Cochran; sister, Mrs. Christie M. Dean of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
