Rockdale - Dan Ferguson 83, died Wednesday night in a Rockdale hospital. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
The Rev. Walter B. Funk will officiate.
Mr. Ferguson was a farmer and later a carpenter. He was a life-long resident of Milam County. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Sharp.
Survivors include three sons, J.D. Ferguson of Marwalk, Calif., L.M. Jim Ferguson of Waller and Sammie Ferguson of Rockdale; and one daughter, Mrs. Bernice Hamilton of Fort Worth; and seven grandchildren.
