Private funeral services will be held at the Lowery's funeral home in Forest Wednesday at one o'clock with Rev. O'Dell of Michigantown officiating. Burial will be at Michigantown. Friends may call at the Lowery home from two o'clock today until noon Wednesday.
The deceased was the son of Ferdinand and Luella (Brooks) AuBuchon, and was born December 8, 1874, in French Village St. Francis county, Missouri. He graduated in 1898 from Bainos Medical college, St. Francis, Missouri, and post graduated from the National University of Arts and Science.
He was united in marriage in 1896 to Alice Primo, who with two daughters survive. They are Mrs. Pearl P. Davis, Forest and Oridel AuBuchon at home and two grandchildren, Elaine and Richard Davis. Other survivors are a sister, Mrs. Kathryn Kettinger, Fultz, Illinois and a half brother, Cletus AuBuchon of Tyler, Texas.
Three sons preceded him in death. One a student in high school fell from Long's Peak, in Colorado Rockies, while on a vacation trip and his body was not received until days later when it was found by forest rangers.
Dr. AuBuchon was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Forest; Modern Woodsmen and royal Neighbors of America. Also Clinton county medical society. He was a tireless worker in his profession and was always ready to help those who needed him.
