MARIE KUNTZ

PONTIAC -- Marie Kuntz, 69, of 610 S. Oak St., died at 5:30 p.m. yesterday (April 26, 1984) at St. James Hospital, Pontiac. She had been in ill health three years.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Rose Catholic Church, Strawn, the Rev. C.B. Motsett officiating. Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery, Strawn.

Vistation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Duffy Funeral Home, Pontiac, where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.

She was born March 1, 1915 at Weston, a daughter of Webster and Anna Ziller Busby. She married Francis L. Kuntz June 22, 1938. He died August 7, 1974.

Survivors include a son John F. Peoria; thre sisters, Cynthia Kirchner, Fairbury; Lois Read, Strawn; and Mae Fincham, Colfax; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

She and her husband farmed near Strawn until 1958 when they moved to Pontiac.

She was educated at Weston Grade School and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Pontiac.

Memorials may be made to the Livingston County Cancer Society.
