Dallas Husky, 47, Dies at Kenedy - Dallas Husky, 47, colorful South Texas wildcatter and cattleman, died Tuesday in a Beeville hospital following a heart attack.
He was a member of the Oil Producers Association, the Cattleman's Association, the Kenedy Chamber of Commerce, and the Kenedy Country Club.
Husky has lived in Kenedy since 1930. He was well known as a rancher and cattle buyer and had heen an active wildcatter in Goliad, Bee and Karner, as well as Victoria Counties.
Survivors include his wife, Helen; his son, Billy Dallas Husky; his parents, Dr. and Mrs. M. F. Husky, all of Kenedy; and a brother R. V. Husky of Dallas.
