KANAB CHILD DIES IN LOS ANGELES

Funeral services for David Johnson, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Johnson, were held at Los Angeles Tuesday, March 28. Burial was in the Forest Lawn cemetery. The child was taken ill with pneumonia at Kanab several weeks ago, but as he did not get well Mr. and Mrs. Johnson took him to Los Angeles for further medical treatment, where it was found that the case had developed into spinal meningitis.
Everything humanly possible was done to save the little boy; but he gradually grew worse, until the end came Saturday. Mr. Johnson, the child's father, who had arrived at Kanab from the coast Friday, on hearing of his son's death, returned immediately to California, where he remained until after the services. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Johnson left here early Tuesday to attend the burial of their nephew.
