Born June 6, 1916 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Franklin Paul and Jennie Lee Hammer. He married Jessie Meadowcroft. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting and golfing. He was a veteran of World War II, and was a very good story teller. He has faithfully taken care of his beloved Jessie for the last year.

Survived by: his wife; daughters, Jennie R. Hammer and Joyce Benson; a son, Frank (Sue) Hammer; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 3rd, in the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Ave. and 'N' Street, at 10 a.m.
