John W. Stockslager, 93, a resident of Rose Manor Assisted Living Center, Waynesboro, and formerly of Brindle Estates Apartments and Palmetto, Fla., died at 11:05 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2005, in Waynesboro Hospital.
His first wife, Esther Elizabeth Fox Stockslager, died in 1969. His second wife, Dorothy Stockslager, died in 1990.
Surviving are a son, J. Vernon (husband of Janice) of Greencastle; and a stepson, Richard Coyer of Plant City, Fla.
