Bonnie B. (Bilbrey) Dillon, 91, Anderson, passed away August 2, 2009 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was born April 17, 1918 in Overton County, Tennessee, and resided in Anderson since 1974.
Bonnie had worked as a nurses helper at St. John's Hospital for several years.
She was a member of New Beginnings Church in Anderson.
She is survived by her son, Charles Dillon of Greenfield; five grandchildren, Lonnie (Kay) Peek of Mt. Summit, Dian (Keith) Miller of Middletown, Denise (Johnnie) Cullom of Livingston, Tennessee, Donna Dillon of Greenfield and Kim (Tim) Grisel of Indianapolis; 11 great grandchildren, Christopher Peek, Angela Owens, Amy Gigure, Bryan Barnett, Brentt Barnett, Kendra Dillon, Christian Dillon, Daniel Penticuff, James Pitts II, Ashley Grisel and Aaron Grisel; 19 great great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews and special friends, Mary Millage, Joyce Weakley and Robin & Tracy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Dillon; parents, Louis & Ollie (Hicks) Bilbrey; siblings, Cleo, Attie, Ludellee Bilbrey, Willie, Cordell, and Alvie Bilbrey and great grandson, Bryce Barnett.
Services will be Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 10:00 AM, at Middletown Church of God; Highway 236 & 11th Street; Middletown, with Rev. Bob Carter and Rev. Gary Marcum officiating.
Burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
