Greely Pargle Synamon was a son of James Martin "Jim" Cinnamon/Synamon 1870 – 1942 and Lucinda "Lu" "Lula" Loport Buchanan 1874 – 1950. His siblings were: Henry Synamon 1894; Edward Synamon 1896; Lillian Synamon 1898; Mary Synamon 1903; William Synamon 1905; Howard Synamon 1908; Analee Synamon 1910; Cecil Synamon 1912; Eunice Synamon 1915; Hugh Kyle Synamon 1917.
In 1910 Greely was 10 years old and he had a couple of friend about the same age living on farms near him. They were: Howard Carpenter, the son of Gabe and Lizzie Carpenter and Charlie Mooney, the son of Rabecca Mooney Hicks and step-son of Coleman Hicks.
In 1920 Greely, now 21 years old was still single and living at home and working out as a farmer laborer.
On July 27 1954 Greely was the groom to Marie Johnson in Hamblen Co., Tennessee. It is not known at this time if they had any children.
On Dec. 1, 1966 Greely passed away at Rogersville, Tennessee.
