Mrs. Rackley

Mrs. Rackley, 64 of 422 Kennebec St., Aiken, died Wednesday at Aiken Hosptial from injuries sustaines in an automobile accident. She was the widow of Benton T. Rackley, Sr.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:30pm, Friday at First Baptist Church. Dr. Robert L. A. Cate, assisted by the Rev. S. James River and the Rev. Fred L. Lowery, Sr., will officiate. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery.
A native of Gordon, Ga., Mrs. Rackley had lives in Aiken since 1936. She was a memeber of the First Baptist church, the WMU of the church and American Legion Auxiliary of Post 26. She had been a clerk at Edwards Stores, Inc. for the past five years.
Suvivors are her mother, Mrs. Alvah L. Branan,Macon, Ga.; one daughter Mrs. james H. Warren, aiken; one son Benton T. Rackley, Jr., Aiken;three sisters: Mrs. Jimmy Surrett, Hartwell, Ga.; Mrs. Mildred Johnson, Gainesville, Fla.; and Mrs. Robert Saggese, Macon, Ga.; one brother W. Jennings Branan, Augusta, Ga. and four granchildren.
Friends may call at the George Funeral Home or at the home.
Pallbearers will be : J. H. Trimmal, J.C. Hagelston, clayton Gregg, e.L. Hamilton, Raymond Phillips and Authur Marton
