Wood Marion Campbell, Jr., 81, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2003. Wood was born in Houston on August 15, 1921. He was a longtime resident of The Heights.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Esther Mae Selman Campbell; brother, James Fred Campbell; sister, Dorothy Mae Wooldridge; and brother, Billy Wade Campbell.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 22, 2003, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Heights Funeral Home, 1315 Heights Boulevard. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2003, at Rosewood Cemetery, 2602 Old Humble Road.
