Son of Henry (Harry) Bramlet and Malinda Easley Bramlet. He enlisted in Co. E, 29th Illinois Infantry, August 15, 1861. He saw action at Fort Henry, Fort Donnelson and Shiloh in Tennessee. He was captured in the action at Holly Springs, Mississippi. Brother to Cpl Joe Bramlet, same Regiment and Company. Joe died at Vicksburg and is buried in the National Cemetery there, Secton I, Grave 7800. Warham is my Great-Grandfather, DB
