William "Bill" Dean Peters,age 54, of Wilton Manors, Florida, passed away on April 1, 2003. He was born in O'Neill, Nebraska, November 20, 1948, to Wilbur "Pete" Peters and Evelyn Doris Peters of Kennewick,WA.

Bill attended schools in Kennewick through his junior year and graduated from Edmonds High School in Edmonds, WA. He attended the University of Pennsylvania and Pierce Junior College of Business. He was a chef instructor for the Restaurant School in Philadelphia, PA; executive chef with Casual Affairs Catering in West Palm Beach, FL; manager chef for John 0' Pickett family in Manhattan, South Hampton and Palm Beach; executive sauschef for Fisherman's Reef in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Bill owned his own small business in Kennebunkport,Maine, before moving back to South Florida after suffering with heart failure up to the time of his death.
