He was a chef instructor for the Restaurant School in Philadelphia, PA; executive chef with Casual Affairs Catering in West Palm Beach, FL; manager chef for John 0' Pickett family in Manhattan, South Hampton and Palm Beach; executive sauschef for Fisherman's Reef in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Bill owned his own small business in Kennebunkport,Maine, before moving back to South Florida after suffering with heart failure up to the time of his death.
