Walter Miller Rowe, formerly of Pine Plains, died in Poughkeepsie July 11. He was the son of Walter & Augusta Pulver Rowe, and was born in Northeast Apr. 28, 1884. Survived by brothers Harmonn & Orville Rowe; daus Mrs. George McPherson, Buffalo; Mrs. Ruth McCleary, Albany; Mrs. Walter Byron, Millerton; Mrs. Albert Martin, Wilbraham, MA; 6 grandchildren. His wife, Susie Smith Rowe, died in 1940. His mother died last April.
