Herbert Frederick Andrist passed away on September 10, 1974 in Spokane, Washington where he lived for 42 years. He was the husband of Fern Andrist, father of Alberta Carpenter of Longview, Washington and Calvin F. Andrist of Long Beach, Washington; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; half brother of Florence Lee of Ada, Minnesota and Calvin Louis Andrist of Crosby, North Dakota, 10 nieces and nephews. Herbert was a veteran of WW I. He was cremated and a memorial service was held September 14, 1974 at Gothic Chapel of Hazer, Jaeger Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Kendricks officiating.
