BARDWELL, Ky. -Amos L. Edging, 54, Cairo, 111., formerly of Bardwell, died Wednesday at 3 : 30 p.m. at Jefferson Barracks Veterans Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
A veteran of WW II, he was a member of Bardwell United Methodist Church. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Callye Edging, Mounds, III.; four sisters, Mrs. Peggy Williams, Washington Park Ill.
Mrs. Sylvia Joyner, Mounds, Mrs. Kitty Terry, Bridgeton, Mo., Mrs. Judy Woods, Florence, Miss., and one brother, Toy Edging, Washington Park.
Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Milner Funeral Home. The Rev. Jerry Bell will officiate with burial in Bardwell Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
