Parents of Frank Angus J Shaffer were Robert Shaffer, and Elizabeth Foutz, Shaffer both of Pennyslvania. F.A.J. had three sisters and two brothers.
Frank married Emma Caroline Guss about 1882 and it is known that they had at least three children - two sons and a daughter.
A Grandview Cemetery Volunteer performing research at the Recorder's Office, located a transcription of his death certificate for me. This lists that Frank age 66, died from Cardiovascular disease and was cremated at Forest Lawn (Glendale) Cemetatory. I called the Recorder Office Record's Department and it surfaced that there is no record of where his ashes were distributed - thus at this time I will list no cemetery for him.
