Michael A. Cook, 29, of Shelbyville, died Monday, May 28, 2001 in Shelbyville.
Born March 11, 1972 in Richmond. He was the son of Larry & Susan (Lindsey) Cook and birth mother Bonnie (Witt) Cook Feeler; all survive.
Mr. Cook was a 1990 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and was a student at Ivy Tech State College. He was employed with V.T.I. Inc. in Shelbyville for eight years in shipping and receiving.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home in Shelbyville, with the Rev. Bill Beadle officiating. Burial will following in Moscow Cemetery in Milroy. Friends may call for one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
