Lynn Griffith Nuttall, age 83, passed away peacefully March 13, 2009 in Orem, Utah.
He was born May 21, 1925 in Provo, Utah to Charles Griffith and Nellie Kathleen Griffith Nuttall.
He served in the Navy during WWII.
He married Carma Lambson on June 10, 1947. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She died July 2, 1977.
He married Fern Adams Harris on June 25, 1994.
Lynn was a truck driver for most of his life driving from coast to coast. He retired from IML Truck Lines. He then drove tour bus for Lakeshore Bus Lines. He enjoyed driving families and seniors on tours.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his wife Fern; children: Tony (Lynne), Nancy (Wayne) Christiansen, Lynda (Robert) Leech, Dell (Lori), Kathy (Fredric) Christiansen, Michael (Tammy), Robin Ulibarri, Carlynn (Rick) Braithwaite, and Brad (Lori); 36 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren; Step-children Ron, Gwyne Harris, Bruce (Rayola) and Susan (Gary) Kampman, 13 step-grandchildren, 30 step-great-grandchildren; and two sisters Cleo Ream and Marilyn (Richard) Peterson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother C. Verl Nuttall.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street.
Military honors will be accorded by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, District IV Honor Guard.
