Alma Doris Jones Massey 82 wife of the late Frank Massey and daughter of the late Eugene and Kathleen Jones, died Monday
She founded Massey School of Dance in Zebulon in 1960 was a wonderful judge of character and had a great love and compassion for people.
She valued her family friends and students never taking anyone or anything for granted.
Funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday Zebulon United Methodist Church Burial Zebulon Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Debby Driver and husband Eddie of Zebulon her sons Tommy Massey and wife Marsha of Zebulon and Ben Massey and wife Darlene of Raleigh sisters Gene Lewis and husband Ralph of Myrtle Beach SC Mary Alice Watson of Raleigh Jo Ann Leazer and husband Ben of Raleigh her granddaughter Lara Crowley and husband Tim of Washington DC grandsons James Massey of Raleigh and Nic Slaton of Raleigh and her devoted caregivers Betty Lou Perry and Karen Koepp.
