Jake was 15 when he died of acute lymphocytic leukemia. He fought a courageous 15 month battle. Jake was always laughing and making jokes, loved his friends and family. His love is what we keep close in our hearts and the peace of knowing he knew Jesus and he is with him now............Until we meet again, my beautiful son, forever in our hearts and Jesus's arms!
