Bulloch County - John D. Howard, 78, died Feb. 4 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. He was a native of Bulloch County and a retired truck driver.
Survivors: five sisters, Linda Johnson of Atlanta, Kay Frances Howard, Julia Ann Howard, Gloria Williams and Rebecca H. Lanier, all of Statesboro; a brother, Freddie Howard of Brooklet; and other relatives.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Little Bethel Baptist Church in Brooklet, burial in the church cemetery.
