Victor was an avid outdoors man, he loved fishing, camping and especially hunting. He also enjoyed tinkering with woodworking and was "MacGyver" when it came to fixing things, he could repair almost anything! He had a wonderful dry sense of humor that kept us laughing.

He served his country in the US Navy during World War II in the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Pacific and African Theaters.

He worked at the open hearth at Geneva Steel for 30 years until he retired in 1985.

Victor was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served faithfully in many callings throughout his life. He completed, out of love, volumes of genealogy. In his latter years he found great joy from visits from his grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, he had a soft spot for the little ones.

The family would like to thank the nurses, aids and other staff at Alpine Hospice, the doctors and staff at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, and the Pulmonary Group in Provo for all the heartfelt love and care that was shown to Victor.
