Cora Ann Bonney
Cora Ann (Gladeau) Bonney, 69, of 1700 6th Street N.W., a retired certified nurses' assistant and homemaker, died of natural causes Thursday at her home.
Vigil is 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at O'Connor Funeral Home. Her funeral is 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Max John Bonney of Great Falls; daughters Carey Bonney and Jamie Bonney, of Great Falls; sons Max John Bonney Jr. of Post Falls, Idaho, and William Patrick Bonney of Great Falls; sisters Julia Gladeau and Evelyn Gladeau, both of Great Falls, Elenor Currie and Shirley Goodrey, both of Orgeon, and Sharron Weekley, Lynne and Evonne Clayborn, all of Kalispell; a brother, John Michael Gladeau of Kalispell; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, Matthew Smith Lion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Sarah Gladeau, and a sister.
Cora was born March 1, 1936, in Havre and raised in Havre and Great Falls. She married Max Bonney on April 15, 1952, in Butte.
She attended school in Havre and earned her Certified Nurses' Assistant license. She worked as a CNA for the County Hospital.
She was an active member of the Great Falls Moose Lodge and loved Elvis, playing her guitar and singing with family and friends. She loved cooking and sewing, and enjoyed going to bingo, horse racing, camping, fishing and spending time with her grandkids.
